Training With Coach Troy Starts Again
February 1, 2008We are the Sleepy Headed Spinners and we’re training indoors during winter. I am training for the 2009 MS Bike Tours. I’ll be riding in the MS 150 Leduc to Camrose again.
The Sleepy Headed Spinners are a group of friends and recreational cyclists training indoors during the winter in Alberta! It’s just too darn cold and too icy to ride outside! Once the weather warms up and the streets are clear we’ll ride outside as the Sleepy Sunshine Spinners.
