We are the Sleepy Sunday Spinners. We’re a group of recreational athletes & friends who come together to train on Spin Cycle Trainers and have some fun doing it! We are coached on DVD by Coach Troy Jacobson and love his workouts. We all go at our own pace and all finish together.
