I am a Sleepy Sunday Spinner. We are a group of friends and recreational cyclists who come together to train during the winter in Alberta when it’s just too darn cold and too icy to ride outside! Once the weather warms up and the streets are clear, the other spinners will ride outside as the Sleepy Sunshine Spinners or Crankin’ Pineapples and I’ll continue to spin indoors.
